Benefits from Dry Brushing

Through the gentle process of brushing away dead and dry skin cells, our dry brush unveils a fresh and radiant complexion. This essential step not only amplifies the effectiveness of your skincare products but also effectively prevents and clears clogged pores, allowing your skin to breathe and remain free from blemishes.

Renew Dry Brush offers a revitalizing experience that uplifts both your skin and your mind. Its energizing properties provide a rejuvenating effect, leaving you feeling refreshed and prepared to seize the day.

By stimulating increased blood flow to the skin's surface, our dry brush enhances its vibrancy and radiance. Moreover, this improved circulation aids in lymphatic system stimulation, facilitating detoxification and promoting a healthy, luminous complexion.

How to dry brush your body

How to use

Step 1:  Dry brushing is most effective on dry skin, so ensure your body is completely dry before starting. You can use your dry brush before showering or after, depending on your preference.

Step 2: Start with the feet - Begin brushing your feet using upward strokes toward the heart. Use firm but gentle pressure, as the goal is to exfoliate the skin and improve circulation, not to scrub too hard.

Step 3: Move up your legs - Continue brushing in long, sweeping motions up your legs, always brushing towards the heart. Cover the entire leg, including the front, back, and sides. Use light pressure on sensitive areas and give extra attention with firmer pressure to areas where cellulite can appear.

Step 4: Work on your arms - Starting from the fingers and brushing towards the heart. Brush the entire arm, including the underarms.

Step 5: Brush your upper body - Brush your belly and chest in upward strokes, working towards the heart.

The 7 biggest gains from Dry Brushing

Exfoliation: Dry brushing helps to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores, allowing the skin to breathe and absorb moisture more effectively.

Improved Circulation: The act of dry brushing increases blood flow and stimulates the lymphatic system. Enhanced circulation also aids in delivering oxygen and nutrients to the skin cells, promoting a healthy complexion.

Lymphatic Drainage: Dry brushing can assist in promoting lymphatic drainage, helping the body eliminate toxins and waste products more efficiently.

Cellulite Reduction: Dry brushing can help to stimulate the breakdown of fatty deposits under the skin, making cellulite appear less visible.

Collagen Boosting: By incorporating dry brushing into your skincare routine, you are actively supporting your body's natural collagen production process and helps maintain the skin elasticity, resulting in a more youthful, radiance and firmer skin.

Energy Boost: When you dry brush, the process of gently brushing the bristles against your skin stimulates blood circulation and helps to awaken your body and mind.

Wellbeing: The repetitive motion of the brush against your skin can be meditative, allowing you to find a moment of relaxation amid the busyness of daily life.

How to Clean your Dry Brush

After use, clean the brush by tapping it against a clean, flat surface.

For thorough cleaning, we recommend the following steps approximately every 2-3 weeks, or as needed:

1. Wet the Bristles: Under lukewarm water, thoroughly wet the bristles of your dry brush. Avoid too much water on the wooden part, as this could damage it over time.

2. Gentle Soap: Apply a small amount of gentle soap to the bristles. An unscented liquid soap or a gentle baby shampoo is perfect for this step.

3. Cleanse the Bristles: Gently massage the bristles with your fingers, ensuring the soap fully covers all areas.

4. Rinse the Bristles: Thoroughly rinse out the soap from the bristles under lukewarm water, ensuring all soap is completely washed away.

5. Pat Dry: Gently press a clean towel against the bristles to remove excess water. Remember to be gentle to prevent any bristle damage.

6. Air Dry: Finally, leave your brush to air dry in a well-ventilated area. It's best to dry the brush bristle-end down to allow all the water to drip off and evaporate.
